We are shipping by EMS and DHL to Worldwide; all our shoes are shipping Free for Worldwide.
All orders take 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped( we begin making the kit for you, including sanding, priming and painting.). In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped will be provided with tracking information if you want. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled after we have sent your package. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you want to change your order, please contact us in time!!

1 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hrs of purchase.
If you want a different design, please contact us within 48hrs of purchase, and we may still be able to change it at no cost.
After this time, we will can still refund your money (minus 20% restocking fee)
We charge a restocking fee because as soon as you place your order, we begin making the kit for you, including sanding, priming and painting. Think of it as of money that has been spent.
2 Can I return my fairings?
We have a 14-day return policy. You must contact us within 7 days of package arrival to request a refund. All returns must be new and in original condition. Returns shipping will be paid by the customer. Each fairing kit is made specifically for each individual customer order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted on all returned kits. There is no restocking fee for defective items.
Why a 20% restocking fee? This is because we will now need to discount your returned kit to find a new home for it.
We take customer service very seriously, and we want to make sure that each customer is completely satisfied with his/her purchase. If you have any issue, please let us know.
I received a kit that has been damaged during shipping. What do I do?
Well that sucks! Even though we try to do everything to make sure your Easyfairings arrive safely, stuff happens.
The first thing you need to do is Contact US and tell us about it. You are a valued customer and we will take care of you.
